We make reasonable efforts to maintain the stable operation of the website; however, we are not responsible for temporary service interruptions caused by network issues, system maintenance, or force majeure events.

3. Product Information, Inventory, and Pricing

We endeavor to ensure that all product descriptions, inventory status, and pricing information displayed on the website are accurate and up to date. In the event of delays, inaccuracies, or errors, we reserve the right to make corrections as permitted and to communicate appropriate solutions with you when necessary.

4. Orders and Payment

Once you have successfully submitted an order and completed payment, the order shall be deemed confirmed. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel orders in cases of abnormal transactions, payment failure, or system errors, and we will notify you accordingly.

5. Shipping Policy

We provide delivery services within Australia only. After payment is successfully completed, your order will be formally recorded and enter the preparation stage, which typically takes 1 to 3 business days. Once preparation is completed, the package will be handed over to the designated logistics carrier for delivery.

The estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days after dispatch, and actual delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location and the specific order circumstances.

To ensure reliable delivery, we cooperate with major Australian logistics providers, including Australia Post, StarTrack, and Toll. Orders with a total value of AUD 100 or above (including AUD 100) qualify for free shipping. Orders with a total value below AUD 100 are subject to a flat shipping fee of AUD 6.99.

All applicable taxes and related fees are included in the product price, and no additional charges are required upon delivery.

6. Order Cancellation Policy

You may submit an order cancellation request within 48 hours after payment confirmation, provided that the order has not entered the processing stage and the package has not been handed over to a logistics carrier. Once an order has begun processing or has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

If an order has already entered processing or has been shipped, you may apply for a return after receiving the item in accordance with the procedures outlined in our Order Cancellation Policy. All requests are subject to the conditions, time limits, and final review results specified therein.

7. Return and Exchange Policy

Within 30 days from the date you confirm receipt, you may apply for a return or exchange if the item meets the applicable conditions. Eligible situations include, but are not limited to: visible damage upon arrival, quality issues, significant color discrepancies from what is displayed on the website, abnormal odors, or items that do not match the order details.

Refunds will be issued to the bank card originally used for payment (Visa or MasterCard).

Depending on the processing efficiency of the issuing bank, refunds are expected to be credited within 1–3 business days. If the refund has not been received within this timeframe, please contact us for assistance.
