You may submit a cancellation request within 48 hours after payment confirmation, provided that the order has not entered the processing stage and the package has not been handed over to a logistics carrier.

3. Orders Beyond 48 Hours or Already Processed

If more than 48 hours have passed since payment confirmation, or if the order has already entered processing or has been dispatched, the order can no longer be canceled.

In such cases, you may apply for a return after receiving the item in accordance with our Return and Exchange Policy. All requests must meet the applicable conditions and time requirements.
