Shipping Policy
Welcome to Reeddecory (hereinafter referred to as “we”). This Shipping Policy explains delivery arrangements, costs, processing timelines, and related responsibilities from order confirmation to final delivery. It applies to all orders placed through our online store.
1. Delivery Coverage
We currently provide shipping services across Australia only.Orders with delivery addresses outside Australia are not supported at this time.
2. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the total order value:

Orders with a total value of AUD 100 or above (including AUD 100) qualify for free shipping

Orders with a total value below AUD 100 are subject to a flat shipping fee of AUD 6.99
All shipping fees are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
3. Taxes
Any applicable taxes are calculated based on the order details and will be clearly shown at checkout.Where applicable, taxes are included in the total amount payable and processed together with the order.
4. Order Cut-Off and Processing Time
Our standard order processing hours are Australia/Sydney (AEST / AEDT) 9:00–6:00.

Orders placed before 6:00 will begin processing on the same business day

Orders placed after 6:00 will begin processing on the next business day

Orders placed on non-working days will be processed starting from the next business day
Under normal circumstances, orders require 1–3 business days to be processed before shipment.
5. Estimated Delivery Time
After dispatch, the estimated delivery timeframe is 7–15 business days.Actual delivery times may vary depending on the delivery address and logistics arrangements.

Orders may be modified prior to shipment.Once an order has entered the shipping process, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate.Issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information are the responsibility of the customer.
